Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) establish the legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “You”, or “Your”) and KsrJourneys, governing your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).

By accessing, browsing, or making any booking through the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree,please discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

1. Definitions

For the purpose of these Terms:

“User / You” refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform.

“Booking” refers to a confirmed reservation for a service, experience, or travel package.

“Supplier” means third-party service providers such as hotels, airlines, tour operators, transport companies, or visa agencies.

“Services” include tours, travel packages, accommodations, flights, visa assistance,activities, and all related offerings.

“Quotation” refers to the finalized cost estimate issued by KsrJourneys that includes inclusions, exclusions, pricing, and applicable policies. Once payment is made, it becomes binding.

“Platform” includes KsrJourneys’ websites, applications, partner portals, social channels, and communication systems.

“User Content” includes reviews, comments, images, feedback, or any material submitted by the User.

“Force Majeure” includes circumstances beyond reasonable control such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, political disturbances, or government restrictions.

 

2. Scope of Agreement

These Terms apply to all bookings and interactions on the Platform and are divided into:

Part A – Individual Activities & Experiences

Applicable to single-booking services such as attractions, tours, or experiences.

 

Part B – Complete Travel Packages

Applicable to multi-service itineraries including hotels, flights, transfers, visas, and guided tours.

General clauses apply to both sections unless specified otherwise.

 

3. Legal Agreement & Booking Confirmation

Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter into a contract.

Final Agreement

For package bookings, the confirmed Quotation becomes the legally binding agreement once payment is made. Any prior discussions or informal communication shall not be considered binding.

Role of KsrJourneys

KsrJourneys acts as a facilitator between Users and service providers and does not operate airlines, hotels, or transport services directly.

 

PART A – SINGLE EXPERIENCE BOOKINGS

1. Booking Procedure

Users select the desired service, date, and number of participants. Confirmation is

issued upon successful payment.

2. Service Eligibility

Suppliers may deny participation if safety, age, or health requirements are not met.No refund applies in such cases.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation terms vary by supplier and are displayed during booking. Refunds depend on these stated conditions.

4. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate details, arrive on time, and comply with local laws and

supplier guidelines.

5. Risk Acknowledgment

Certain activities involve inherent risk. Participation confirms acceptance of such risks without liability to KsrJourneys.

 

PART B – TOUR PACKAGES (FLIGHTS, HOTELS, VISAS, ACTIVITIES)

B1. Role of KsrJourneys

KsrJourneys acts only as a booking facilitator. All services are delivered by third-party vendors.

B2. Booking Responsibilities

Users must ensure accurate personal details and comply with payment timelines.

Incorrect information may lead to denied services without refund.

B3. Flight Services

Airline policies govern cancellations, delays, and refunds. KsrJourneys is not responsible for airline operational changes.

B4. Accommodation

Hotels operate independently. Room allocation, check-in policies, and deposits are determined by the property.

B5. Visa Services

Visa issuance is subject to embassy discretion. Processing timelines and outcomes are not guaranteed.

B6. Transfers & Transportation

Transfers may be shared or private. Delays due to traffic, weather, or logistics are beyond KsrJourneys’ control.

B7. Cancellations & Modifications

Cancellation fees depend on timing and supplier rules. Partial refunds may apply.

Emergency cases are reviewed individually with documentation.

B8. Limitation of Liability

KsrJourneys’ liability is limited to the total amount paid by the User. No liability is accepted for indirect or consequential losses.

 

GENERAL TERMS

User Conduct

Users must not post unlawful, misleading, or offensive content. Violations may result in account suspension.

Data & Privacy

User data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and shared only as necessary for service fulfillment.

Communication Consent

Users agree to receive service-related communications via email, SMS, or phone.

Marketing communication preferences may be managed separately.

Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify KsrJourneys against claims arising from misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and content belong to KsrJourneys or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Amendments

KsrJourneys may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform implies acceptance of updated terms.

 

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By accessing or using the KsrJourneys Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
